- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the campus, ensuring alignment with the University’s mission, vision and goals.
- Formulate and implement long-term and short-term strategic plans to drive sustainable campus growth and development.
- Develop, refine and enforce policies and procedures that reflect the University’s standards and promote operational efficiency.
- Spearhead programs and initiatives tailored to the unique needs of the UE Laguna community.
Minimum Qualifications
- Managerial/administrative experience in an academic institution
- Knowledgeable in education standards, regulatory compliance and institutional accreditation
- Strong leadership, management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, committed and result-oriented
