We are seeking an experienced Senior Facade/Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in façade and building envelope systems, with a strong background in structural engineering and proven expertise in curtain wall, window wall, ACM Panel, glass,metal panel and other cladding systems. This role demands precision, technical excellence, and the ability to manage complex structural design projects in commercial and industrial environments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field (specialization in facade engineering is advantageous)
- Recognition through prior learning and extensive industry experience
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
- Business presentation-level English proficiency
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000, MEPLA) and familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools
- Skilled in 2D and 3D design software, including but not limited to AutoCAD and Revit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in unitized curtain wall, glass wall, and facade stick system design, as well as metal panel, railing, and other cladding systems
- Relevant experience in facade engineering or structural design, particularly in building envelope systems (preferred)
- Experience in thermal and acoustic calculations (advantageous)
