Field Credit Investigator and Appraiser  

Main Responsibilties:

Responsible for conducting credit investigations via telephone or field verification to determine their eligibility/qualification of the borrower according to set standards or credit parameters. Responsible for gathering, verifying and investigating information concerning personal background as well as past and present credit dealings of loan applicants. Responsible for inspecting, investigating, verifying and appraising property (real and chattel) offered as collateral to establish its value and acceptability

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures adherence to TAT.
• Conducts telephone verification on Trade and Customer reference, Bank Verification and Credit Reference.
• Verifies assigned receivables for PO financing for availment
• Checks completeness and authenticity of the submitted documents for Group Salary
• Loans (GSL) Applications and endorses for approval.
• Coordinates approved Group Salary Loans (GSL) Applications to Sales.
• Conducts random inspection of the inventories to be assigned using the list provided by the Loan Client.
• Conducts ocular verification and prepares reports on PDRN, BVR, EVR and other field verification requests by UI group of companies’ borrowers and employees.
• Conducts Title verification, traceback, and title and tax declaration searches with the Registry of Deeds and Assessor's Office for real estate collateral for new accounts for assessment
• Liaises with government agencies such as the Registry of Deeds, Land Transportation Office and the like for the performance of registration and cancellation of mortgages and encumbrances.
• Conduct property appraisals assigned by different units
• Input/update data and information requirements in ZOHO and other company systems that require information coming from the Field Credit Investigator.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that will support organisational goals and objectives

• College Graduate of Business administration, Banking and Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Legal Management, Criminology or a related field
• Preferably with minimum 2 years’ experience or exposure in credit investigation, credit analysis, or loan processing gained from a reputable bank, financial institution, or lending company.
• Strong analytical thinking, keen attention to detail, good interpersonal communication for interviewing sources, and proficiency in office productivity software.
