Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant to the Stock Controller to support inventory control and stock management operations. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, and assisting with reporting and coordination to ensure efficient inventory operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and tracking inventory levels
- Update and maintain accurate stock records and reports
- Support stock audits, counts, and reconciliation activities
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams
- Process inventory-related documents and data entries
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or overstock issues
Minimum Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory, stock control, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or Excel
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Has average to above-average mathematical skills
- Diligent and patient in completing tasks
- Able to work responsibly and independently
