- Conduct sales calls and product updates to travel agents
- Establish rapport with the agents and attend to their FIT and Group booking requirements
- Assist the Company in formulating Sales & Marketing strategies
- Assist the Company in other special projects (product update events, special promotions for agents, etc.)
- Assist Operations in handling requirements of the travel agencies
- Conducts market research
- Update the Management and Officers on the trends in the market and industry
- Escort outgoing groups abroad when necessary
- Assist the in-charge for visa processing when necessary
- Conduct/attend weekly meetings with the Sales Team
- Submit sales call plan and report every week to Management and Officers
- Monitor respective accounts and address client concerns
- Update agent database incl. but not limited to address, e-mail, company logo, birthday, etc.
- Ensure achievement of annual quota given
- Report directly to the Sales Manager
Minimum Qualifications
Prior sales experience is a plus
Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
Must be knowledgeable on Microsoft Applications
Ability to use Canva / Photostop is a plus
Must have a valid passport
