Post Production Operation Engineer  

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Post Production Operation Engineer to join our Vehicle Logistics Department based in Batangas City, Philippines.

The Post Production Operation Engineer is a member of the Post Production Operation Engineering Section that is responsible for driving process improvement and supporting the introduction of new models in alignment with production requirements.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in planning and process improvement.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Conduct studies and support the setup of PPO requirements.
• Lead improvement activities in vehicle logistics and production operations.
• Organize project schedules and prepare requirements for new model introduction.
• Guide working groups in executing process plans and designs.
• Monitor progress and report issues that may delay activities.
• Turn over completed activities to end‑users, including maintenance and consumables.

• You have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• You have knowledge with lean manufacturing, time and motion study, and process documentation.
• You can establish courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.

• Proficient in M365 applications.

• Excellent verbal, written English communication skills.

• Knowledge of using AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in process studies (line balancing, time & motion, documentation).

• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
