Dealer Operations Professional  

Toyota Motor Philippines Corporations is looking for a Dealer Operations Professional to join our Dealer Support & Certification Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

A Dealer Operations Professional is a member of the Dealer Facility & Certification Section. This team oversees our dealer network to monitor and manage Toyotas after sales services and processes. Through constant coordination with our dealer network, this role helps assess all our dealer networks aftersales services for certification.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in project management, planning, and after sales services process compliance. It requires constant communication with stakeholders and customers.

Your role and responsibilities:

Monitor and assess dealer after sales services for certification and recertification;

Coordinate with dealer network to ensure compliance and sustainability;

Ensure strict compliance with project timeline;

• You are a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering.
• You maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
• You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.

Skills required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge in SAP and automotive regulation and certification is an advantage.
• High analytical skills
