Job role:
- Oversee billing with accuracy.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including communication regarding products and services, as well as providing quotations.
- Responsible for creating and managing group communications /group chat.
- Collaborate and endorse clients across departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Must be a Licensed Customs Broker
- Prior experience in customs, quotation, billing or import/export operations is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in relevant software and MS Office applications.
