Wine Store Assistant  

Store Manager, here is how a day in a life sounds like!

Report to work every 10am, and finish off at 7pm unless there will be walk in clients or reservation of our tasting room.

Make sure the whole store is tidy and clean, and be able to maintain the equipment’s PMS

Be the one to invoice all items for dispatch to clients, and book each delivery thru Lalamove

Manage weekly inventory system with proper reporting to Google Sheets

Make sure the store is conducive for welcoming clients at any time

Be able to assist clients messages or needs via cellphone, instant messaging, and social media

Be able to follow up on pending payables with client, and on occasion, willing to do payable collection to clients

With all this, we are willing to offer above market salary, reimbursable expenses to help you thru your day. And most importantly we have a reasonable quota so you can earn more with commission. Enjoys reading and geeking out on things

Very tidy and able to manage and keep track of inventory

Must know how to co-work and manage a team

Must be extremely responsible and reliable at all time
