Job Description:
- Supervise and manage daily retail store operations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and product displays.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor team productivity.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of store policies and company standards.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales strategies and store performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail store operations.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
