Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calls, outbound emails, and prospecting.
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients and decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls.
- Manage leads, activities, and pipeline using Pipedrive or similar CRM.
- Learn and confidently explain technical products and solutions.
- Schedule qualified meetings and endorse leads to the sales team.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or B2B sales.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong experience in cold calling, email campaigns, and lead qualification.
- Hands-on experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate with technical decision-makers.
- Willing to work on-site and on rotational shifts within the 6:00 AM–12:00 AM window.
- European language skills (French, Spanish, Italian, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience in construction, engineering consultancy, capital projects, or SaaS is an advantage.
