Project Manager & Service Hub Team Lead  

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Service Hub Team Lead to oversee project delivery and lead the Philippines-based service hub team supporting international construction, engineering, project controls, and technology operations.

The ideal candidate has strong project management and leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with international clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Hub team.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects from initiation through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality requirements.
• Manage project schedules, resources, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate with international clients, project teams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Identify potential project delays and develop appropriate mitigation or recovery plans.
• Establish and maintain effective project management processes and controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve service and project objectives.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across different functions and locations.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization within the Service Hub.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and project requirements.
• Handle escalations and provide timely solutions to project and operational issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Project Controls, Service Delivery, or a similar leadership role.
• Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, technology, or project consultancy is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing projects and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and performance monitoring.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and digital collaboration platforms.
• Experience working with international clients or global teams is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Willing to work on a Night Shift / Graveyard Shift schedule.
