Human Resources Manager  

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning to support production requirements.
• Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor laws.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration and coordinate payroll activities.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, occupational safety, and company policies.
• Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
• Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
• Manage HR budgets, KPIs, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
• Partner with department heads to address manpower planning and organizational development needs.
• Support audits related to HR compliance, ISO standards, and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in the manufacturing and/or food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with food industry regulations, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and ISO standards, is an advantage.
• Experience in handling recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and disciplinary cases.
• Experience in dealing with labor unions and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) is an advantage.
• Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office applications, and HR analytics.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
