Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of materials.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding deliveries and order status.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse, Production, QA, and Accounting departments.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier files, and procurement reports.
- Compare supplier prices and negotiate for cost-effective purchasing.
- Resolve delivery discrepancies, shortages, and supplier concerns.
- Ensure purchased materials comply with company quality and food safety standards.
- Perform other purchasing and administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related course.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in a Food Manufacturing company is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP/SAP is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
