Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through voice and non-voice channels (blended account).
- Resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Provide excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity standards.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum), SHS Graduate, or College Graduate.
- 1 year BPO experience required.
- Must be able to travel to the Makati site within 1 hour.
- Must have at least one (1) valid government-issued ID (National ID, Postal ID, or Passport).
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
