Key Responsibilities
Design & Documentation: Develop schematics, 3D models, and detailed technical drawings using design software like AutoCAD and Revit.
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact to define requirements, present proposals, and secure project approvals.
Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants to ensure enterprise cohesion and permit readiness.
Construction Administration: Review shop drawings, process Requests for Information (RFIs), and conduct regular worksite inspections to guarantee compliance with the approved architectural plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Typically requires an active architectural license (e.g., registered with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission or equivalent regional board).
Experience: 5+ years of experience in professional practice, with a proven track record in commercial or multi-family projects.
Software Skills: High proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools like Revit, along with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Licensure
Professional Degree: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Active License: A valid registration/license from your regional board (such as the PRC in the Philippines or NCARB in the US).
Experience & Skills
Proven Tenure: Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional architectural experience.
Core Software: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Project Delivery: Direct experience handling construction documentation and building permits.
