Regional Sales Executive  

The Pre-Sales Engineer supports the sales team by providing technical expertise, product presentations, and solution recommendations to clients. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable security system solutions.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and business owners.

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Manage, coach, and support coordinators and merchandisers to ensure effective market coverage.

Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and key accounts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory development plans.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field.

At least 10 years of sales experience, preferably in appliances, consumer products, HVAC, or products distributed through retail and dealer networks.

Proven experience working with distributors, appliance chain stores, dealers, and corporate accounts.

Strong leadership experience in managing and building sales teams.

Established network and business relationships with distributors and business owners is an advantage.

Experience working with air-conditioning installers, contractors, or related industry partners is preferred.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and account management skills.

Willing to travel within the assigned region.
