Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities from construction projects, developers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while expanding the customer base.
- Lead project presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Oversee digital marketing, branding, promotional campaigns, and industry events.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales and Marketing team.
- Coordinate with operations, design, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Support project bidding, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and business growth objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in the construction, building materials, and interior design industries.
- Strong network of contacts among architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, project managers, and corporate clients.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, generating new business, and managing key accounts.
- Knowledge of construction materials, interior finishes, furniture systems, fit-out solutions, and project-based selling.
- Experience handling project quotations, specifications, bidding, BOQ/BOM, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
