Sales Operations and Execution  

What you do

1. You own the full cycle from first outreach to money in the bank.
2. You manage inboxes, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and follow ups.
3. You coordinate meetings, notes, proposals, partners, and contracts.
4. You make sure nothing drops. Ever.

Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound email and WhatsApp daily
2. Track leads, meetings, and next actions
3. Turn calls into clear notes and tasks
4. Coordinate proposals with internal and external partners
5. Follow up until deals are closed and paid
6. Keep CRM and records clean and current

Compensation

Base pay plus performance based upside

Bonus tied directly to closed revenue

1. Excellent written and spoken English
2. Highly organized and obsessed with follow up
3. Strong with email, documents, spreadsheets, and basic tools
4. Able to manage many threads at once without losing detail
5. High ownership mindset and reliability under pressure
