Overview
We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our team and help create engaging static image and video ads for Facebook Ads Manager. This role is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level candidates who are creative, eager to learn, and excited to grow in the world of digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Creation
- Design and edit static images and short video ads for Facebook campaigns.
- Ensure creatives are eye-catching, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
- Experiment with different ad styles and variations to improve engagement.
Performance Monitoring
- Upload and manage creatives within Facebook Ads Manager.
- Track creative performance metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Hook Rates (for video ads).
- Share learnings and suggest improvements based on testing results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new creative directions based on insights.
Minimum Qualifications
Must-Haves (Required):
- Portfolio of existing works for review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Multimedia, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager or willingness to learn quickly.
- Skills in design and video editing tools such as: Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (for static ads), Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (for video ads).
- Skills in Canva or similar tools for quick edits.
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
- Interest in digital advertising and performance marketing.
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):
- Previous internship or project experience creating ads or social media content.
- Understanding of A/B testing or digital marketing performance metrics.
- Creativity and curiosity — loves experimenting with new ideas and styles.
- Interest in casual/mobile games and understanding of player motivations.
- Genuine interest in digital advertising and eagerness to follow industry trends.
- Enjoys quantitative analysis — comfortable looking at numbers to understand performance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn quickly.
