Graphic Designer  

Position Summary

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for elevating the company's brand through high-impact visual design across presentations, marketing assets, digital platforms, social media, and web/UX interfaces. This role requires strong visual storytelling, branding expertise, and the ability to independently conceptualize and execute creative designs for leadership, sales teams, and external clients. The role leverages modern and AI-assisted design tools to deliver fast, consistent, and high-quality creative outputs.

The ideal candidate is experienced in creating engaging graphics, videos, and reels, with the ability to produce both digital designs and manual sketches or illustrations. Experience in the fashion, apparel, sports, retail, or lifestyle industry is highly preferred. Experience in content creation and basic copywriting is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Design compelling pitch decks, presentations, and executive materials.

Create and maintain branding systems and marketing collateral (digital and print).

Design website layouts, landing pages, and UX/UI interfaces.

Develop wireframes and prototypes using AI and traditional design tools.

Create graphics, illustrations, manual sketches, and concept drawings for marketing and branding materials.

Produce engaging videos, reels, animations, and other multimedia content for digital and social media platforms.

Assist in developing creative content ideas and write captions or basic marketing copy when needed.

Collaborate with leadership, sales, marketing, product, and creative teams.

Contribute to special projects that support the department's goals.

Ensure brand consistency, quality control, and timely delivery of projects.

Manage multiple projects and provide guidance to junior designers when needed.

Stay updated with the latest design, AI, fashion, sports, and social media trends.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong visual storytelling, layout, typography, branding, and creative thinking skills.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, PowerPoint, and Figma.

Solid understanding of UX/UI design, wireframing, and prototyping.

Experience using AI design and wireframing tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Figma AI, Uizard).

Strong video editing and reel creation skills for social media platforms.

Ability to create manual drawings, sketches, and illustrations.

Excellent communication, attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.

Experience Requirements

4–7+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, branding, or UX/UI.

Strong portfolio showcasing presentations, branding, web/UX, social media, video, and creative design work.

Experience in the fashion, apparel, sports, retail, or lifestyle industry is highly preferred.

Experience creating videos, reels, and social media content.

Experience working with executives, clients, or cross-functional teams.

Startup or agency experience is an advantage.

Experience in content creation and copywriting is a plus but not required.
