Alaga Care Philippines is seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company's social media and digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, generating qualified leads, and improving overall digital campaign performance across various social media platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and oversee company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Create, curate, schedule, and publish engaging content such as posts, stories, reels, videos, and advertisements
- Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and audience behavior to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign and platform performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Engage with online communities by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, videographers, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Maintain brand consistency, messaging, and voice across all digital channels.
- Manage social media content calendars and scheduling tools to ensure timely and strategic content delivery.

Experience
- Minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
- Experience managing business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and similar platforms.
- Proven experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Demonstrated success in increasing engagement, audience growth, and brand visibility.
- Experience generating qualified leads and conversions through both organic and paid social media strategies.
- Strong background in content strategy, short-form video production, reels, and trend-driven content creation.
- Experience in social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Previous collaboration with creative teams, including graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Experience using analytics tools, including Google Analytics and native platform insights.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of content scheduling, audience targeting, and campaign optimization techniques.
