The HR Supervisor is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations, including payroll and timekeeping, government-mandated benefits processing, and employee relations. The role ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while providing effective HR administrative support. The position is full-time and based in Carmona, Cavite.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle payroll preparation, timekeeping, and related records
Process and monitor government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
Assist in employee relations concerns and HR administrative matters
Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation
Support compliance with labor standards, company policies, and internal procedures
Coordinate with government agencies as needed for HR-related requirements
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

College graduate with a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management (HRM), or any related course
At least one (1) year of HR-related work experience, preferably in: Payroll and timekeeping, Government mandatory benefits processing & Employee relations and HR administration
Willing to be assigned full-time at the Carmona, Cavite
Advantage but not required:
Knowledgeable in DOLE Labor Code, labor standards, and statutory compliance
OSH and Safety certification
Experience in company registration and compliance with DOLE and other government agencies
