Job Description
- Reach out to customer through cold calling and emails
- Host platform demonstrations
- Nurture lead until converted to prospect/customer
- Enter call data into database for review and redial purposes
- Verify customer accounts for accuracy and adjust inaccurate accounts as needed
- Provide general operational and administrative support for the loan department.
- Ensure the completion of appropriate legal documentation of credit transactions in compliance with company standards and approved credit terms.
- Proactively respond to daily client correspondence in a quick and accurate manner by providing constant updates, obtain approvals, promptly respond to requests and inquiries, and conduct follow-ups on any missing or pending documentation.
- Responds to managers or customer inquiries relative to account balances, loan balances and payoff requests.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of Ms Office [Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook]
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence to suggest and execute creative solutions and fresh ideas
- Ability to work within tight deadlines with a consistent level of quality output
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Canva (preferred but not required)
