Sales Manager  

The Sales Manager assists the Senior National Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager and Director of Sales in achieving his/her MICE revenue targets for the SMX Convention Center branches.

The Sales Manager supports the Senior National Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager and Director of Sales in creating and developing a work environment where the National Sales Office is driven by its financial objectives with focus on establishing an aggressive Sales Culture, a strong Customer Service orientation and astute practice of Expense Management resulting in Financial Success while ensuring leadership by example.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Established network of industry contacts within the hospitality sector.
• Ability to work independently an as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
