💼 What You’ll Do
- Educate clients on insurance and financial protection solutions
- Build strong relationships through trust and rapport
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable plans
- Present solutions confidently (online or face-to-face)
- Manage your own schedule and client pipeline
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
- Continuously learn and grow through training and mentoring
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Resident of Metro Manila and nearby provinces
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- No experience required but have eagerness to learn
- Willing to attend onsite meetings in Makati (two Saturdays a month)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency)
