As a Technical Coordinator, you will be the primary architect of our production logistics and technology stack. You will manage technical workflows, oversee complex equipment schedules, and provide on-ground support. Your goal is to ensure that all technical aspects of our projects are systematically organized, running seamlessly, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Coordination: Design and maintain streamlined technical workflows between production, post-production, and IT departments.
Resource Scheduling: Manage the meticulous scheduling and inventory of high-end cinema cameras, lighting, and audio gear to prevent project overlaps.
Project Documentation: Maintain precise technical logs, equipment manifests, and project timelines to ensure full accountability across the team.
Data & Asset Management: Oversee rigorous data management protocols, ensuring secure backups and organized file structures throughout the production lifecycle.
On-Site Logistics: Coordinate the technical setup and teardown for live shoots, ensuring all components are accounted for and functional.
Vendor Management: Act as the organized point of contact for external technical vendors and equipment rental houses.
Minimum Qualifications
Exceptional Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain order in high-pressure environments.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in technical coordination, production management, or a similar role within the film/media industry.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of camera systems, post-production software, and storage solutions.
Attention to Detail: A "measure twice, cut once" mindset—you notice the small technical or logistical details that others might miss.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Information Technology, or a related field.
