Graphic Designer  

• Develop digital and print-ready designs for marketing campaigns, podcast branding, social media, merchandise, and internal collaterals
• Assist in creating visual concepts and pitch boards based on brand strategy and campaign direction
• Support art direction in shoots, studio setups, or branded productions as needed
• Create templates and layout systems for content series, thumbnails, decks, and more
• Collaborate with content producers, editors, and other creatives to bring ideas to life
• Apply brand guidelines across materials while proposing design innovations and improvements
• Handle file management and ensure proper formatting across multiple platforms

• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative agency, studio, or content-driven company
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects or Premiere is a plus
• Strong design fundamentals: layout, color theory, typography, and branding
• Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, versatility, and execution across various formats
• Capable of working independently while following creative direction
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling multiple design assets
• Bonus: Knowledge of social media trends, podcast visuals, and creator content design

Good to Have

• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
• Ability to storyboard or sketch concepts
• Exposure to art direction responsibilities in smaller projects or shoots
• Enthusiasm for audio content, video production, or lifestyle & entertainment brands
