- Provide basic troubleshooting for PCs, printers, and networks.
- Set up and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connections (including crimping and basic setups).
- Install, configure, and support different operating systems.
- Assist with ERP or database systems (experience is a plus).
- Perform basic coding tasks and apply tech awareness in daily support.
- Handle IT-related documentation, reports, and admin support.
- Work closely with staff to ensure smooth IT operations and provide clear guidance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related course (preferred, but not required).
- Knowledge of different operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux is a plus).
- Skills in basic coding/programming.
- Familiar with LAN/Wi-Fi setups and troubleshooting.
- Problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, reliable, and proactive in handling tasks.
