Job Description
- Assist in sourcing qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews or phone screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking and recruitment reports.
- Draft job ads and ensure postings are updated across platforms.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation as needed.
- Help organize recruitment events, job fairs, and internal referrals.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure confidentiality of applicant information.
- Assist in other HR-related tasks to gain experience in different HR functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related course
- Internship or project experience in recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable conducting interviews (phone, online, or in-person)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced HR environment
- Professional, trustworthy, and people-focused
