I am the founder of a Silicon Valley–based online marketplace that helps students and organizations connect within elite universities (similar to OLX, but university-specific). Our platform is already successful and profitable and currently serves top universities.
We are now expanding internationally and are looking for a Remote Operations Manager to work directly with me in running and growing the business.
This role is ideal for an early-career professional who wants real responsibility, mentorship, and exposure to how a startup is built and scaled.
What You’ll Do
- Help coordinate daily operations of a remote team
- Support sales and customer outreach processes (training provided)
- Communicate professionally with customers and partners
- Assist with onboarding and client support
- Help document workflows, systems, and best practices
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
- Work closely with the founder on execution and growth initiatives

Minimum Qualifications
