A Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a professional who supports the recruitment team by handling administrative tasks, crafting job descriptions, preparing job offer letters, and maintaining candidate databases. He/ she is also responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, assisting in the hiring process by providing administrative support, conducting compensation analyses, organizing candidate data, coordinating interviews, and assisting with new hire onboarding, all while factoring in the long-term goals of an organization.
Minimum Qualifications
● Educational background/ Professional certification:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology / any background relevant
● Experienced in related field min. 5 (five) years
● Experienced in ATS, Data Analyst, and Recruitment Matrix
● Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
● Fluent in English, both spoken and written
TOEFL Prediction: 600 (minimum)
