We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Manila team, one of the world's leading branded merchandise companies. You'll work directly alongside global Account Managers, helping deliver merchandise programs for some of the biggest brands in the world. This is a coordination and client support role at its core, and a proven launchpad into a career in sales.

Coordinators who want to move toward Sales typically progress into an Associate Account Manager role, and from there, into other client-facing or leadership positions within Sales Operations. • What You'll Be Doing

  · Support global Account Managers by coordinating branded merchandise programs across multiple international markets

  · Source, price, and present merchandise options to clients, working with vendors across different regions

  · Prepare quotes, sales proposals, and cost analysis reports

  · Process and track orders from initial request through to final delivery, making sure every detail is accurate

  · Liaise with vendors on pricing, timelines, and product quality

  · Monitor shipments and get ahead of delays before they become problems

  · Maintain order records, status reports, and inventory tracking across multiple accounts

  · Use Excel to analyse order trends and operational data

  · Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, logistics, and creative teams to keep programs on track

  · Identify risks early and solve problems before they reach the client

  What We're Looking For

  We're open to a range of backgrounds. If you've worked as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in an admin coordination role supporting senior stakeholders, you'll find a lot of this work familiar. We're also interested in candidates from sales support, order management, purchasing, or customer service backgrounds. What matters most is how you work, not exactly where you've worked.
