- Organizational Reporting
- Reports directly to the Admin Manager.
- Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead and manage the admin team with clear goals.
- Provide training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication.
- Safety & Security
- Develop and enforce safety protocols.
- Oversee security systems, access control, and incident response.
- Train staff in emergency and safety procedures.
- Facilities Management
- Oversee branch/office repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with contractors and manage facility budgets.
- Procurement & Inventory
- Handle sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relations.
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with policies.
- Operational Support
- Ensure readiness of facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Engagement & Attendance
- Actively participate in company events, meetings, and team activities.
- Policy Compliance
- Follow company code of conduct, memos, and SOPs.
- Promote and model company core values.
- Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operations and security.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- With supervisory or managerial role experience
- Experience in administration, facilities management, or procurement preferred.
- Experience with safety protocols and security measures.
- In-depth knowledge of safety and security regulations, building maintenance practices, and procurement processes.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant facility management or procurement software.
