Job Description

  • Organizational Reporting
  • Reports directly to the Admin Manager.
  • Team Leadership & Performance
  • Lead and manage the admin team with clear goals.
  • Provide training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication.
  • Safety & Security
  • Develop and enforce safety protocols.
  • Oversee security systems, access control, and incident response.
  • Train staff in emergency and safety procedures.
  • Facilities Management
  • Oversee branch/office repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Coordinate with contractors and manage facility budgets.
  • Procurement & Inventory
  • Handle sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relations.
  • Manage inventory and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Operational Support
  • Ensure readiness of facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engagement & Attendance
  • Actively participate in company events, meetings, and team activities.
  • Policy Compliance
  • Follow company code of conduct, memos, and SOPs.
  • Promote and model company core values.
  • Other Duties
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operations and security.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • With supervisory or managerial role experience
  • Experience in administration, facilities management, or procurement preferred.
  • Experience with safety protocols and security measures.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety and security regulations, building maintenance practices, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant facility management or procurement software.
