IT Systems Developer  

Job Overview:

The position is responsible for developing and maintaining computer programs, with the goal of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s day-to-day operations and simplifying work processes, given the company's objectives and resources.

Job Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or any related field.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development and programming.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in systems analysis, reporting, data migration, and system design.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in client/server database methodologies.
• Working knowledge of MS SQL, MySQL, PHP, JavaScript, and cloud-based tools.
• Experience with financial accounting systems, retail operations, trading, warehousing, or distribution is a strong advantage.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
• Ability to clearly communicate with end-users, management, and technical teams.

Software Proficiency:

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
