Generate and issue customer SOA accurately and on time
Record and monitor customer payments in the accounting system
Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies
Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and summaries
Coordinate with sales, operations, and customers on billing and payment issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date AR records and documentation
Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Provide support during audits and financial reviews related to receivables
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
