Position Available: Property Specialist
- Our Premier Property Specialists will be part of our pioneer in-house sales team that is tasked to market and sell our luxury residential project, The Velaris Residences.
- Engage with potential clients to present and sell The Velaris Residences.
- Conduct showroom tours and provide detailed information to prospective buyers.
- Maintain and build relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Being a part of a pioneer team presents career growth opportunities, should the company push forward and launch new projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous real estate sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- College graduate or have at least completed 2 years.
