We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Selling and Secondary Market Brokers, Associates, and Agents to join our team. As a Real Estate Broker / Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Good at gathering property listing and client leads, building networks of property sellers and lessors, and maintaining relationships with clients.
• To actively market properties through online listings, social media, and other channels to attract potential buyers or tenants.
• Assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by understanding their needs, and preferences.
• Advising clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property investments.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts.
• Staying updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Navigate complexities and resolve disputes to ensure successful deal closures
• Oversee the end-to-end transaction process and compliance
• Build and nurture a professional network within the company
• Address challenges that arise during transactions
• Deliver target sales quota every quarter.

Desired Competencies & Qualifications

• Must have finished at least 2nd year or 72 units in College.
• Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling sales and leasing of high-end real estate properties
• Preferably with a broker’s license or at least an accredited salesperson is preferred but not required
• Quick-witted and dynamic
• A fast learner and willing to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, driven, passionate, and goal-oriented
• A self-starter who needs very little micro-management
• With a pleasing personality and English communication skills
