Responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of the City Government's Information and Communications Technology (ICT) equipment and server infrastructure. It conducts preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, physical servers, cloud-based platforms, and virtual server environments to minimize system downtime and maintain business continuity. The Unit also provides technical support, monitors system health and performance, implements corrective measures, and ensures that ICT resources are maintained in accordance with established technical standards, security protocols, and operational requirements.
