Social Media and Content Manager | Quezon City Screen Commission  

1. Social Media Management
   1. Manage and maintain the Quezon City Screen Commission’s social media accounts across various platforms.
   2. Plan, schedule, and publish content according to an approved content calendar.
   3. Monitor social media activity and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages.
   4. Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.
   5. Track engagement, reach, and other key performance metrics.
2. Content Creation
   1. Write captions, social media posts, articles, and other marketing content.
   2. Coordinate the creation of graphics and visual materials with designers or external partners.
   3. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and communication guidelines.
   4. Repurpose content for different platforms and audiences.
3. Reporting & Coordination
   1. Prepare regular social media performance reports and recommendations.
   2. Support marketing campaigns through content planning and execution.
   3. Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and promotional materials.
   4. Assist in maintaining consistency across digital communication channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Film, Marketing, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in social media management, content writing, or digital communications
• Experience in cultural, film, or creative organizations is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva or similar tools.
• Experience with content planning and calendar management.
• Understanding of social media analytics and audience engagement strategies.
