- Develops, plans, and manages film and creative industry programs and projects of the QC Screen Commission, particularly initiatives aligned with Quezon City’s designation as a unesco Creative City of Film;
- Assists in the development of project proposals, budgets, schedules, and implementation plans for local and international film and cultural initiatives;
- Coordinates with internal teams, partner institutions, filmmakers, creative organizations, and stakeholders from the unesco Creative Cities Network and other cultural partners;
- Supports the implementation of programs that promote film development, cultural exchange, and creative industry growth in Quezon City;
- Monitors project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure effective implementation;
- Prepares project reports, documentation, and post-project evaluations for local and international partners;
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communication, Creative Industries Management, or related fields;
- At least 1 year experience in project development, program coordination, management of cultural programs, or event management;
- Experience in handling film festivals, cultural initiatives, or creative industry programs is an advantage;
- Familiarity with international cultural cooperation or unesco-related initiatives is an advantage.

About Quezon City Local Government
Quezon City is a vast and teeming city with a steadily increasing income and occupation of one-third of Metro Manila’s total land area.
