The Admin / Clerical Support staff under the Admin Division will provide essential administrative and clerical assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the division. This includes organizing documents, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, assisting the team with office and operational needs, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions of PAISD.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Business Administration, HR Management, Accounting, Public Administration, or any related)
- Experience in administrative, HR, finance, or supply chain support is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good written communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Willing to assist in office and field tasks as needed
