The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of ICT projects within the Quezon City Government. It ensures that all projects are aligned with institutional goals as well as relevant to the 14-point agenda of the City Mayor, delivered within scope, schedule, and budget, and adhere to established standards and methodologies. The PMO provides guidance, documentation, technical support, and performance tracking to ensure the successful and efficient execution of projects.
