Job Description

The GIS Specialist is responsible for developing, managing ISFs spatial data using Geographic Information System (GIS) to support the department’s program in evaluation, monitoring and planning. The position involves complex technical tasks related to spatial data analysis, database management, mapping, and providing geospatial solution to aid in decision making based on evidences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree related to the job (by preference: Geospatial Science, Information Technology or other related fields).
  • Proficiency in GIS software, spatial data formats, and basic scripting/programming (python, model builder) and cartography.
  • Relevant training and certificates in GIS esri, remote sensing, or database Management.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in database and GIS application management and administration.
