- Assists in preparing and updating the organizational structure, staffing pattern, and manpower reports; consolidates workforce data and supports HR policy development.
- Prepares and reviews payrolls, benefits, and incentives; ensures accuracy and compliance with compensation rules; coordinates with Budget and Accounting for payroll processing.
- Maintains and updates 201 files and personnel databases; ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of employment records; issues service records and certifications.
- Coordinates and documents training and learning activities; monitors attendance and compliance; maintains training records and prepares related reports.
- Handles office communications, document routing, filing, and logistics; provides clerical and frontline support to facilitate smooth HR operations.
