Job Description:
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions with business users and technical teams to identify requirements and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA engineers, and technical leads to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.
- Support requirements traceability, change management, scope clarification, and resolution of functional issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in user acceptance testing, validation of delivered functionality, and preparation of business and project documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, requirements management, or software project delivery.
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and system requirements.
- Ability to create user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and other business analysis artifacts.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirements discussions, and business process analysis.
- Ability to effectively communicate business requirements to technical teams and validate delivered functionality against business expectations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
