Job Description

1. Maintaining computer networks including mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware

2. Installing and configuring network equipment

3. Creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected.

4. Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all systems

5. Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management

6. Implementing disaster recovery procedures

7. Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems"

Minimum Qualifications

Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Self-learner in new system matters;
Good knowledge of shell and python scripting languages;
Knowledge of PostgreSQL database manipulation and administration (backup, replication, troubleshooting, SQL, PL/SQL);
Knowledge of networking;
Willing to be deployed Onsite (Cubao, Quezon City)
