Job Description
- The qualified Systems Engineer will be responsible for providing in-depth technical and technological expertise in their particular area of focus.
- Performs hardware and software maintenance support, the primary task is to install, configure, and repairs machines / systems.
- Determines proper resolution to clients' issues, maintains Service Level Agreement in resolving technical issues.
- Provides preventive maintenance on the machine of clients covered by service contracts.
- Responsible for running on-site and remote diagnostics and assists their respective clients in a 24/7 environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Electronics Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Experience and working knowledge in any of the following:
Microsoft Active - Domain Service
VMware Management tools
Enterprise Servers: HPE, Dell, ORACLE
Storage & Back-Up Solutions (Veritas, Acronis, Data Protection), Network & Security, Network Cabling Management
UNIX, Windows, RHEL, Virtualization
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
