Join Sunny Foods Inc. and lead our production team in delivering safe, high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise production personnel.
- Ensure production targets and schedules are met.
- Implement GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Monitor product quality and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Logistics.
- Train, coach, and evaluate production staff.
- Enforce SOPs, workplace safety, and company policies.
- Prepare production reports and recommend process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or a related field.

At least 2–3 years of experience in food manufacturing.

Supervisory or Team Leader experience is preferred.

Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality Standards.

HACCP/GMP/Food Safety training is an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
