Job Description

Understand customer needs, industry trends, and retail/F&B operating requirements.
Manage product requirements, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
Collaborate with development, sales, implementation, and support teams to improve product functionality and customer experience.
Support product demonstrations, customer engagements, and implementation activities.
Work with relevant teams to address applicable Philippine regulatory requirements.
Develop product training materials and support sales and partner enablement.
Monitor customer feedback and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 5 years of relevant experience in POS product management, implementation, or solutions consulting.
Strong knowledge of the Philippine POS market, retail/F&B operations, and BIR requirements.
Experience translating customer needs into product requirements and coordinating product improvements.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in SaaS, accounting integrations, inventory, or payment solutions is an advantage.
Experienced POS implementation or solutions consulting professionals ready to transition into product leadership are welcome.
